There are no standalone free exports. To export, you need a verified account and credits or a subscription. One export creates one Excel file. An export is deducted only after the file is successfully created. If the server response is unclear, retry the same request while the page remains open. The locally created file cannot be recovered after a browser crash.
Cancel at any time in the customer portal, effective at the end of the period. Cancel the trial before the first payment. Subscription exports are used before purchased credits. The offline package is a separate purchase.
USD and GBP are fixed regional launch prices. Other supported currencies are converted in Stripe Checkout; a currency conversion markup of 2–4% may apply. The binding price and recurring charge are shown before completing checkout.
Formats and limits
Which images and applications are supported?
JPEG and PNG, up to 40 megapixels per photo. Support for HEIC, RAW, TIFF or animated images is not promised. Large photos may fail on devices with limited memory. Tested on this Mac with Chromium and WebKit, and with Microsoft Excel in read-only mode. Mobile widths from 320 px tested. Not validated on a physical mobile device, on Windows or with LibreOffice.
What happens if there is no capture date?
Only the EXIF field DateTimeOriginal is used as the camera time, without time zone conversion. Missing or invalid values appear as “Unknown”. When sorting by capture date, they are placed last, in selection order. The file date is never silently substituted for the capture time. Metadata can be changed and is not proof of authenticity.
What does the Excel file contain?
Reduced-size thumbnails, original filenames, capture dates and your notes. The project name and error messages are included in the information sheet. Original photos are not included. Thumbnails are image objects; sorting or filtering later in Excel may move them. Set the desired order here.
Your photos stay with you.
Importing, EXIF reading, thumbnails and Excel generation run on your device. Photos, filenames, the project name and notes are not sent to us, the payment provider or analytics services. The selection stays in memory until you clear it or close the page. You manage downloaded files yourself.
Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as your IP address when the page loads. A necessary cookie is stored when you sign in, and your balance is managed on the server. No advertising tracking or fingerprinting.
Daily counts only for visits, imports, exports and purchase-link clicks. Your choice is stored locally; no images or user profiles are included in the statistics.
